Terms

These terms cover your store's use of the tools made by Riviera Insights Limited, Ireland: Retail Dashboard, Retail Scanner and Pricing System. Your store's own agreement with us, if you have one, comes first where the two differ.

Using our tools

• Use them for your store's own business, and only with supplier accounts your store is entitled to use.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Do not copy, resell or take apart the software, or use it to harm a supplier's website.

Prices and orders

• Prices come from your suppliers' own websites at the time Pricing System checks them. Suppliers can change prices and stock at any time.
• You decide what to order. Check your baskets before you place an order with a supplier.
• Your orders are between your store and your suppliers. Riviera Insights is not a party to them.

Suppliers

Riviera Insights is independent. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any supplier, and we cannot control their websites. If a supplier's website changes or is unavailable, some features may stop working until we update our tools.

Our responsibility

We work to keep our tools accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will be free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what your store paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Your data

Our privacy policy explains what data our tools handle and where it is kept.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page. You can stop using our tools at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute.
